I've gotta agree. A lot of the problems that come from movies/tv show adaptations comes from the writer/director etc. not having respect for the Source Material. The RE movies shouldn't even have the RE title. The movies are arlight but it is defintely not RE. And the poor attempt in Retribution ( I think) to bring characters like Leon and Ada into the game were just poor.
