¡Saludos Comunidad de Hive! he decidido comenzar una sección semanal recomendando diferentes juegos indies pertenecientes a diferentes generos que han llamado mi atención en mayor o menor medida y los he condensado en este pequeño top, aunque también los he subido previamente en formato shorts en YouTube y en TikTok, por lo que podríamos decir que esta es la versión escrita y condensada en un top, asi que sin más tiempo que perder ¡aquí vamos!:

Attack of the Karens es un shoot'em up de generación procedimental con estética de 8 bits que nos lleva a una paralela Tierra en donde un virus alienigena ha infectado a cuatro mujeres y las ha convertido en "cyber karens", las cuales tienen un caracter terrible y un ejercito de robots quejumbrosos a sus espaldas.
Nosotros a los mandos de la famosa nave "X-15" nos lanzaremos al ataque a través de seis intensos niveles en donde tendremos que defender a como de lugar algún punto de nuestro planeta. Para ello, usaremos nuestras habilidades de combate y aprovechar las mejoras disponibles para adaptar a X-15 a nuestro estilo de juego.

Full Quiet es un pixelado survival horror de mundo abierto en donde iremos tras la pista de nuestro hijo, quien se ha perdido en un enorme bosque, siendo nuestra unica compañia una radio que captará pistas ocasionales, pero perderá la señal muy rapido.
Nuestra tarea será adentrarnos en la profundidad del bosque para reparar las antenas para de esta forma fortalecer la señal de nuestra radio mientras buscamos otras pistas que nos permitan dar con el paradero de nuestro hijo.
Puede parecer una tarea simple, pero no lo es, ya que habran terribles criaturas al acecho que probarán nuestras habilidades e ingenio a la hora de combatirlas. Además, volver a un sitio en diferentes horas del día, podria hacer que encontremos nuevos objetos y pistas, mejorar nuestras habilidades o resolver un puzzle que necesitemos para avanzar en la historia, aunque no olvidemos buscar refugio por las noches, ya que la mismas son oscuras y albergan terrores.

Harvest Island es un simulador de granja en donde jugaremos como Will, un chico que vive con su papa y su hermanita en una isla remota.
Durante el dia cosecharemos frutas, vegetales y verduras, criaremos animales, pescaremos, craftearemos lo que nos haga falta y adoraremos a los dioses mientras vamos explorando lo que hay mas alla de nuestro cercado, ya que capaz podriamos encontrar nuevas rutas para nuestro dia a dia o grandes tesoros.
Por cierto, no hay que perderse demasiado, ya que si llega la noche y no hemos demostrado nuestra fe muy a menudo, algo no precisamente bueno podria llegar a pasar.

Harvest Island is a cozy farming simulator where we play as Will, a boy who lives with his dad and his sister on a remote island.
During the day we harvest fruits, vegetables, raise animals, go fishing, craft what we need and worship the gods while we explore what lies beyond our enclosure, as we might find new routes for our day to day or great treasures.

Ghost at Dawn es un survival horror que toma inspiración directa de los clásicos del género para llevarnos a la Seattle de 1947, en donde el famoso detective Ben O’Hara está tras el rastro de una chica perdida de nombre Emi Kosuke.
Las pistas lo han conducido a un hotel abandonado plagado de entidades sobrenaturales y muertos vivientes, por lo que el ingenio, la administración de recursos y municiones y mantener la calma serán la clave para dar con esta chica y descubrir la verdad escondida en uno de los muchos finales de su historia.
Aunque no será tan sencillo, ya que las partidas se generan de forma aleatoria y si morimos una determinada cantidad de veces, nuestra partida actual se borrará atomáticamente y tendremos que comenzar la investigación desde cero.
