I remember the Getaway. A reason why I don't play old nostalgic games anymore is because they rarely age well. I'd rather keep the memory of a good game instead of ruining it by hating it in modern times.

I find it so interesting to go back to some of the old classics, because there are certain games I played as a kid and thought they were the best games ever made - I suppose they were at the time. But, going back to experience them now is eye-opening.
The Getaway was one that I never played back then, and getting a chance actually to play it now has been cool. I'm going to keep going with it, even though it is clunky, it has grabbed me. Graphics were never a big deal to me anyway, I'm happy as long as the story/ characters are good.
