You've had the exact opposite experience as me with this game. Loved it through and through. The story was engaging and the hordes were especially fun. The open world was a wee bit repetitive for sure but it's supposed to be an abandoned wasteland.

    That's the beauty of it, everyone has their own experience, and while I may have put a negative slant on the post, I don't think Days Gone is the worst of the worst either. I guess a good way to give more variety to the open world, would have been secondary stories by survivors you meet on the map, I mean, I spent many hours rescuing random people and sending them to camp, why not learn more about them?
