You forgot about about Exploding Rats - One of my favorite monster when utilizing this ruleset (also melee mayhem and equal opportunity).
I encounter a lot of accounts utilizing this ruleset.
For me on the other hand, I rarely utilize this ruleset and go mostly magic or ranged.

Damnit, you're correct! I too love to use Exploding Rats, especially on low-mana matches, but forgot to put him on the list :(
