Hello friends, I am back to you again with a new blog. Today I will share with them a new method or experience of growing winter vegetables cabbage.
We always know or see that we grow vegetables in the field. Especially this cabbage of mine, but you will see that the cultivation method is very little. Cabbage is not often seen growing in containers. I have found a new dimension in container farming, the experience of which I will share with you.
Basically I am a garden lover and roof garden is my passion. That's why I try to reduce my family's demand for vegetables by growing healthy cabbages this winter season. A thought suddenly came to my mind. We usually plant different types of plants on the roof, but where is the obstacle to plant cabbage? With that thought in mind, I first mix organic composted soil in a large container and store it for a few days. Then I sowed seeds in that soil. After about 25 to 30 days my sown seedlings started to produce leaves.
After that, I used cooking ash in the home method to prevent insects from catching water and leaves through gradual care. And will be able to get unadulterated vegetable cabbage. You can already see that the leaves on my tree have grown quite large. After the whole cold season falls, the cabbages will be suitable for eating.
This was my new method or experience of growing winter vegetables cabbage today. Which I am very happy to share with you. Be sure to let me know how you feel about this new experience of mine. I will come back to you again with a new blog, until then you will be healthy and well. Thanks everyone.
I would like to try to plant cabbage? Maybe I'll try this first week of November.
@kennyroy welcome .. Hope you share your cabbage planting updates with us.
Sure! ^_^
Your cabbages are looking great, by the way, this is what cabbage looks like in our country
@afterglow Thanks for your feedback
You're welcome. Have a nice day ahead.
I also tried planting cabbage in containers this past spring. They got so large that I had to transplant them to a garden space after all. I did try growing two in hanging baskets but they kept drying out too quickly so the cabbage did not do well that way either. Best of luck with your experiment, I hope it does well for you.
@sunscape All the best for you. Surely you can do better in the future. If you ever sow seeds later, leave a gap, the distance from one plant to another. Then you don't have to replace it anywhere else.
As a result, there will be no possibility of the tree drying up. Hope you get very good results too. Thank you for the sound advice and best wishes.
