Oh my GODDESS, I can't tell you how much I love this post and hope you get some good rewards for it. In my mind this is what education is all about. Your principal is a LEGEND to support this and I love how each teacher has a plot to tend. I think the proof is in the students faces who clearly enjoy it too. Really think this is magical.
