This time I came without a camera. Therefore, I had to film everything on a mobile phone.
We had a harvest. They dug up potatoes and collected tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, and cucumbers.

As you can see in the photo, there is dry corn. During this month, we collected it, prepared it, and tasted it. Everyone at home loves delicious corn.

We boiled tomato juice, sealed it in jars, and made twists from other tomatoes. In future posts, I will show you what I managed to close from my crop.
We also had a lot of zucchini and salad peppers. I will also show the photo later. All this week I worked in the kitchen and closed the harvested crop in jars. I made different salads with different vegetables.

Apple juice was made today. So far, two buckets of apples have been collected and processed.

На цей раз я приїхала без своєї фотокамери. Тож прийшлось знімати все на мобільний телефон.
У нас був збір урожаю. Картоплю ми викопали і зібрали спіли помідори, кабачки, перець та огірки.
Як ви побачите на фото, стоїть суха кукурудза. Ми її збирали продовж цього місяця, варили і смакували. У нас всі вдома люблять смачну кукурудзу.
З томату ми варили томатний сік і закривали в баночки, з інших помідорів робили закрутки. В наступних постах я вам покажу, що я встигла закрити зі свого врожаю.
У нас теж було багато кабачків і салатного перця. Фото теж покажу пізніше. Весь цей тиждень я працювала на кухні і закривала врожай в баночки. Робила різні салати з різних овочем.
Сьогодні закривали сік з яблук. Зібрали поки що два відра яблук і їх обробили.
Отакий насичений тиждень в мене був.

We can preserve such pepper, or dry it and then grind it in a coffee grinder, then you can add it to dishes.
