Wow I had never heard of that kind of spinach before. I thought I had caught up with all of the pictures and explanation and then discovered the video at the end with more info.
I bet they will wither and die in the winter only to start the climb again in the spring. I wonder if you will have to be diligent in collecting those seeds so they don’t spring up too many new ones every year.
Yeah it was new to me just a year or so ago. Its quite the cool plant to grow, super easy and full growth to eat.
True, I may need to collect some of those seeds to grow another. Thought I could always buy another cutting of it from ebay like I did with this one.
