Hola @davchi2. ¿Sabes que en los talleres de preparación de conferencista hablan de que solo dispones de los primeros tres minutos de tu presentación para atrapar a los oyentes? Pienso que este tiempo es similar al que disponemos para vender nuestro producto o servicio o por lo menos para captar la atención del cliente.

Entonces convengo contigo en que esa primera impresión que se hace el posible cliente es fundamental por lo que hay que prestarle especial atención

Hi @davchi2. Do you know that in the speaker preparation workshops they talk about how you only have the first three minutes of your presentation to catch the listeners? I think this time is similar to the time we have to sell our product or service or at least to catch the customer's attention.

So I agree with you that the first impression that the potential client makes is fundamental and that is why we must pay special attention to it.
