Feliz noche amigos de Be entrepreneur hoy quiero hablarles un poco de esta torta y es que sin lugar a dudas ha sido el pedido express que he hecho en tan poco tiempo y es que si tenemos la modalidad de ofrecer tortas express la idea es que el cliente nos avise por lo menos 5 horas antes y es una torta sencilla. Pero hoy en la mañana me escribió un amigo que había olvidado el cumpleaños de su esposa que si podía ayudarlo con una torta. Yo le dije que si pero la verdad tenía un día bastante complicado ya que tenía que ir al médico. Así que mi idea era adelante la torta para ya solo al venir del médico decorar la torta pero no tenía todos los materiales para hacer la torta. Pero aún así acepte el pedido y sabía que iba a hacer algo y ayudar a mi amigo a quedar bien con su esposa. En este negocio a veces nos toca hacer mil cosas para lograr sacar un pedido.

But this morning a friend wrote to me who had forgotten his wife's birthday asking if I could help him with a cake. I told him yes but the truth is that I had a pretty busy day since I had to go to the doctor. So my idea was to go ahead with the cake so that when I came back from the doctor I could decorate the cake but I did not have all the materials to make the cake. But even so I accepted the order and I knew that I was going to do something and help my friend look good with his wife. In this business sometimes we have to do a thousand things to get an order out.
Así que luego de ir al médico llegue a casa a casi las 3 de la tarde con todos los ingredientes que me faltaban para la torta y aproveché de comprar flores naturales para colocarle a la torta. Asi que batí la mezcla para la torta y la coloque en dos moldes para que el proceso se cocción fuera más rápido había que ahorrar tiempo ya que mi amigo quería la torta para las 5 de la tarde y yo no estaba segura si iba poder cumplir.
So after going to the doctor I got home at almost 3pm with all the ingredients I needed for the cake and I took the opportunity to buy some fresh flowers to put on the cake. So I mixed the cake mix and put it in two molds so that the baking process would go faster. I had to save time since my friend wanted the cake for 5pm and I wasn't sure if I could make it.
Aquí ya las tortas estaban listas y las metí un rato en la nevera para poder decorar la torta, a mi me gusta que la torta esté a temperatura ambiente a la hora de decorar pero hoy simplemente no tenía esa opción así que decidí enfriar las tortas en la nevera para que el relleno de la torta no se fuera a derretir.
Here the cakes were ready and I put them in the fridge for a while to be able to decorate the cake. I like the cake to be at room temperature when decorating but today I simply didn't have that option so I decided to chill the cakes in the fridge so that the cake filling wouldn't melt.
Rellene la torta con arequipe y es que sin lugar a dudas una de las combinaciones que mis clientes más aman es la de torta de vainilla y relleno de arequipe. Coloque la otra torta y todo iba bastante bien, y les cuento que a cada rato estaba viendo la hora y ya cuando rellene la torta sabía que si iba a entregar la torta a tiempo. Increíble como prepare está torta tan linda en solo dos horas.
Fill the cake with arequipe and without a doubt one of the combinations that my clients love the most is vanilla cake and arequipe filling. I placed the other cake and everything was going pretty well, and I tell you that I kept checking the time and when I filled the cake I knew that I was going to deliver the cake on time. It's incredible how I prepared this beautiful cake in just two hours.
Lo bueno es que la decoración de esta torta era bastante sencilla y mientras la torta se enfriaba prepare el merengue italiano y cubrí el tallo de las flores para no contaminar la torta. Coloque el merengue blanco y pinte un poco en un tono rosado claro y coloque un poco. Con la misma espátula que coloque el merengue le hice una especie de olas y ya estuvo lista. Coloque las flores, unas perlas en azúcar y el Topper se feliz cumpleaños y mi amigo vino a buscar la torta. Me encanto su cara cuando la vio porque pensó que era i a torta sencilla y la verdad que la torta quedó hermosa.
The good thing is that the decoration of this cake was quite simple and while the cake was cooling I prepared the Italian meringue and covered the stem of the flowers so as not to contaminate the cake. Place the white meringue and paint a little in a light pink tone and place a little. With the same spatula that I placed the meringue I made some kind of waves and it was ready. I placed the flowers, some sugar pearls and the Happy Birthday topper and my friend came to get the cake. I loved his face when he saw it because he thought it was a simple cake and the truth is that the cake turned out beautiful.
Luego más tarde recibí varios mensajes, u a de la esposa de mi amigo que la torta estaba bella y mi amigo y su cuñada me escribieron para decirme que la torta estuvo deliciosa. Y está es la mejor parte saber que las personas valoran nuestro trabajo. Aunque fue el pedido más express que he echo quedó hermoso y delicioso.
Later I received several messages, one from my friend's wife saying that the cake was beautiful and my friend and his sister-in-law wrote to me to tell me that the cake was delicious. And this is the best part, knowing that people appreciate our work. Even though it was the most express order I have ever made, it was beautiful and delicious.
