Batik is one of the many cultural heritages typical of the State of Indonesia. This has also been recognized worldwide in the form of the inclusion of batik as Indonesia's original wealth in the Masterpieces of Oral and Intangible Heritage by UNESCO 2009. National Batik Day is celebrated every October 2nd.
Indonesia's superiority in terms of cultural wealth is undeniable. One thing that everyone questions are the ability of everyone from this nation to maintain this noble heritage and make it sustainable during the times. Batik Hadi Prijanto is located at Mruyung Street No. 46 Banyumas, Central Java.
Not only is there a batik gallery with a contemporary feel presented by its founder, but also workers who diligently workpiece by a piece of typical Banyumas batik cloth on the sides and back of the gallery. Men are tasked with tasting the white Mori fabric with hot wax. The wax coloring and cleaning process will continue after that. Women showed their skills in painting batik motifs and gave the painting the necessary colors with various variations, assisted with traditional tools.
It was Mr. Hadi Prijanto, the founder of Batik Hadi Prijanto is typical of Banyumas, in the 1970s. For more than 40 years, this batik shop has served various batik creations for people who love this original Indonesian fabric. In 2010, Mr. Slamet and his wife, as the heirs of the shop which has distributed their products to West Java, continued the business that was started by their father. Until now, Batik Hadi Prijanto typical of Banyumas has remained and will always be a source of pride.
This is a portrait of the efforts of the country's children in preserving Indonesia's original wealth. Batik Hadi Prijanto Banyumas, is not only intended for collectors of classic Batik, but also as a forum for Indonesian cultural inheritance in the form of publication of batik stamping and writing skills. The cultural wealth of a country is there to be guarded and preserved. Batik Hadi Prijanto Banyumas is an example that illustrates the concept of the cultural heritage of Indonesia.

Very informative!
I just want to add: Mori is also known as cotton fabric. When you make batik or celup ikat (another traditional surface textile technique from Indonesia), you must use 100% cotton fabric or another (mostly natural) fabric that can absorb water. Most "cotton fabric" in the market has been mixed with polyester which is water-resistant. So if you want to make your own Batik (which is slightly easy as long as you have batik wax) make sure that you choose the right fabric.
It is so admirable when a business like that still carry traditional ways of doing things in this modern era and thereby preserving the practice and the culture too.
So so great work! Batik so awesome, i konw this expensive batik, i always buy printed batik btw🤣
Hahaha but i love to see them making a handrawing batik.

That’s a good culture heritage for humanity. There are many words in this post that I do not understand but I wanted to tell you in our country it is famous to use Sarongs from Indonesia as well. Thank you for share with us.
Thank you. And I'm sorry that my grammars can't be understand by you. I'll learn more and practice to be better.
Oh wow, where do you live anyway? I never heard before if Sarongs often used in other country.
I mean, my English is too weak, so there are some words I do not know. I’m from Cambodia and in our country called Sarongs (សារ៉ុង)
These are Sarongs. What are you called in your language?
