How are you all today?
I hope all is well and healthy.
As for me and my family, we're doing good by the grace of our Lord and I want to share my activities today from morning until night.
These are my activities today with family.
As usual, right after I rose in bed, taking my blood pressure is always the first thing to do.
After my BP monitoring, I did my guided meditation to lower my high blood pressure by following a good mentor on YouTube.
Then, after that, it's my habit to drink a glass of lukewarm water and then do my morning exercise… this time with the whole family: my husband, daughter, and our cute furbaby.
After the short workout, we went to our little garden to expose our body directly to sunlight for a few minutes. Then after staying under the heat of the sun, we relaxed to cool ourselves down for a follow-up blood pressure monitoring.
By doing all these activities in the morning, it really helps control or lower my high blood pressure. Then after the workout, it's time for me to prepare our breakfast.
We had tuna and mushroom porridge this morning. I forgot to take some photos because there were other tasks to do. So, after our breakfast, I started cleaning the house and sewing something. It was a personalized hotdog pillowcase.
Luckily, my husband volunteered to cook our viand for lunch. He cooked sunny-side-up eggs for our daughter because she can't eat hard food yet this time due to her impacted wisdom tooth... so she only ate noodles and sunny-side-up eggs for lunch. It’s the same reason why I cooked porridge for our breakfast.
As for me and my hubby, we had some fried fish and some leftover food that we reheated. We still have a little porridge from our breakfast too. This is what our lunch was. We also had a refreshing drink, it's a pineapple and lemon juice.
After our lunch and after cleaning the dining table and washing the dishes, we normally go inside the bedroom especially when the weather is hot. Before taking a nap, I had this spiritual routine of reading some parts of the Bible and praying the Rosary.
In the afternoon, I started some chores again like going to my little garden and watering the plants. But sometimes, my husband does it. Then, it’s time for me to cook for dinner. We still have some fried fish left so I just recooked it as a soup dish with some green leafy vegetables. It’s much healthier now.
After our dinner and after cleaning up, it’s time for me to relax and write my blog but my daughter @tegoshei does the editing of my photos because I cannot take a good photo most of the time because of my shaky hands.
Then after doing everything, I always rest and relax in our living room and just watch some shows on Netflix on TV for me to see clearly.
Sometimes, I watch some anime series with my daughter @tegoshei whenever she is free from work. Then at 10 PM, my husband closes our mini store. I check the sales and then prepare a list of what to buy for our food and some stuff for the store the next morning.
Lastly, it's time for us to sleep after greeting each other good night.

Ypur morning routine is so healthy po, i wish Mom can do some exercise too but she has a bad habit now. Anyways, the food prepared here is so simple pero sure naman na super sarap. Especially the fried fish, hehe. With a special sauce, makakarami ka talaga ng lapang.

I need to because of my health condition. But even if we don't have health problem it is best to really exercise.
For the food yes it's still yummy though it's simple. When it comes to frying my husband usually did it.
