Ypur morning routine is so healthy po, i wish Mom can do some exercise too but she has a bad habit now. Anyways, the food prepared here is so simple pero sure naman na super sarap. Especially the fried fish, hehe. With a special sauce, makakarami ka talaga ng lapang.

I need to because of my health condition. But even if we don't have health problem it is best to really exercise.
For the food yes it's still yummy though it's simple. When it comes to frying my husband usually did it.Thanks @ruffatotmee. 😊
So true and I agree, I should be doing that too pero nauunahan lagi ng katamaran, huhu
