This is a common problem in Malaysia, but maybe not as obvious as in Thailand. Sometimes we hear of crime cases of people murdering their parents while under the influence. Or addicts involved in road accidents etc. We called meth, "syabu".

Sadly I think the meth problem is spreading through S.E. Asia s fast as Covid. Where there is profits to be made corrupt authorities will be involved also.
