Incredible work chef, also a bit of a history lesson too. I also am used to thinking of India when I see a semolina cake, or almost any semolina dessert for that matter. Now I know the Egyptians were the first to tinker with this.

In the past, I also thought semolina cake originated in India. Because I love semolina cake so much, I Searched on google about this cake and found out it originated in Egypt. I used to think this cake would be hard to make. In fact, the cake is easy to make.
