I didn't know you have mustard oil in Myanmar, I use it sometimes in Indian food, but only very small amounts because the flavor is so strong. A customer used to buy it from us and say she put it in her hair to keep it beautiful and soft, have you heard of anyone putting mustard oil in their hair before?

In the country where I live, mustard oil is used as a medicine oil. It can be applied to the abdomen when it is in pain or in the area of the abdomen.
