just curious you eat 3 meals a day? I only eat two usually lunch and dinner. I think that's a hack to lose weight o.o but i need to gain weight lol maybe future go gym when less lazy but now playing pickleball
Not that I'm not trying. I have mentioned previously, I'm getting good at pull-ups nowadays. And I think I can increase reps from 5sets x 5reps to 6? The problem is, I can't put the fork down. Now that I have stopped smoking, I find it hard to stop eating.
Not ideal to skip meal and not in my place to do so. I usually wakes up 5am then prep the kids for school, and usually by the time I finishes my work and all, that's like 12 or 1am the next day. I WILL be hungry regardless. Unless I manage to change my routine to have 10 hours sleep, maybe that will help me reduce some food intake.
hmmmmmm I'm not sure then. Maybe you have to try to find another outlet to cope with the stopped smoking D:. Not sure what it will be though. Come play pickleball haha that will help a bit. It's a good family & friends game! Trust!
Fair enough since I don't wake up that early lol. I literally slept at 7am today then just woke up at 12 @@. My sleeping is crazy. It's ok though then have to just readjust. big breakfast medium lunch and light dinner~. Light dinner because night time we not really that actively burning the calories from the food @@ at least most of the time. i'm not sure figure out what works for you . If you willing to put in the money, you could get a dietitian to help plan some meals to lose weight o.o but would probably require more cooking and not eating out which I don't think you have time for
