It sounds like a valuable experience and I am so appreciative of you sharing.
. I can now tap into that feeling of greatness within, even though it's kind of elusive
What I love about these journeys is that once you have gone along that path the knowledge is always with you. Sometimes you have to remember to access it but it's there forever. I remember taking psilocin when I was young and it gave me a feeling of inconnectedness with nature that's been with me ever since. Plant guides are the best guides.
Thank you 💚
It felt good after all to write about this. It's nice sometimes to have documented certain experiences. And yes, it sure was a valuable experience. Plant medicine is definitely something I would like to explore more. I think plants like these can really help me.
I have felt more determined to change things in my life since I got back (after having experienced an anxiety attack though). I have meditated for 30 minutes every day now for 10 days or so, even when I started working and had to get up early. I'll probably write about this specific meditation as I'm following the teachings in a book called 'Breaking the habit of being yourself', maybe you have heard about it?
