Honestly I've enjoyed more building starter than bread itself, and definitely it was worth of all the waiting.
Thank you very much π€

Haha! The starter is pretty fascinating. Did you name yours yet? From what I understand, it can live indefinitely, as long as conditions are right. You can pass it down to your grandchildren π
Certainly haven't named it yet π let's see how long will it be alive.
'building' week is kind of tough, until the colony strengthens after it fridge storing, feeding once a week.
Probably my grandchildren will eat some virtual kind od bread :D
π€£π€£π€£ virtual bread, that's a good one.
You'll get the hang of it! It's the start of a beautiful relationship.
P.S. our starter is named Harold. He also gets fed once a week and lives in the fridge π
Hi Harold!
Today another experiment will be made, in case of succeed - I'll name it.:D
Had you try drying it on parchment paper and storing? I'm curios about that part.
Naming is fun π.
No! I haven't done that. But now I want to give it a try with a bit of Harold. Thanks for the hint!
Share whatever recipe you have for sourdough sweet/savory I take everything! π
Most welcome!
