Old House. How many secrets and unknowns the old house keeps. Year of construction: or rather, reconstruction into a mansion from about 1902 to 1903. Number of storeys: 2. Style: Neo-Renaissance. The building is about 120 years old.
Although sources say that in 1877 the English Consul Stanley lived at this address and the Consulate was located there. The name of the street was different probably was another building.
But in 1897, there were two residential buildings with 4 apartments on the lot next to it. A total of 10 men and 15 women permanently resided on the site.
In the same year "the French company Morris Bouvet opened an office on July 1, 1897, to handle the export of different kinds of timber materials and the import of French goods.
Within 1902 and 1903 the site was purchased by the merchant E, Mendelevich. Reconstruction into the mansion E. Mendelevich. He also owned the site in 1913. Next 90 years of mystery
