Title: BW sour cherries picking
The sour cherry, which grows next to our house, is the first fruit in our garden to begin to ripen. The first package of goodies is the one that is closest to us. Depending on the conditions, the large adult cherry tree ripens in late May or early June. It is rarely affected by pests because it is directly near the house and is surrounded by buildings. Although it often produces a decent output, this year can be considered a failure. Nevertheless, we harvested around ten kilograms, leaving the remainder to ripen on the tree. This year, cherries will primarily be used as an ingredient in a variety of delicious cakes.
While I was in charge of picking cherries from the tree, my partner was in charge of picking from the ground, washing, and cherry pitting.
Our kitty kept us company all the time.
