i can say that for it always was a best time to take pictures in the sleeping city.
very often i find myself in the middle of the night after some finished very late rock music event, instead to go to my car and to drive 30 km to my living place, continue the midnight walk with camera and can't stop myself :-)

Oh @victorbz friend, thank you very much for these encouraging words about my work!... I know that you are a "master of night photography" I have seen your work!... I rarely go out in the dark, I sleep very early, I almost always go out at dawn!... hehehe :)) but I will try to do this more often... ;)
