You’re absolutely correct—I am losing money curating with the HP delegations. However, I still feel it’s worth it because:
I’m able to claim ACTs (Account Creation Tokens) using the RC that comes with the HP delegations.
I’m also supporting newly onboarded users by delegating RC to them to enable their activity and engagement on the platform.
You have more than enough RC yourself to delegate to newbies, they don't need a lot to stay active. There are many ways you can support newbies, especially since you've been around for quite a while and can guide them well.
As to ACT, some think they're going to be worth quite a bit in future when you can sell them. But if everyone is collecting them, especially the whales they will have an abundance, I can't see that happening. It's bit like bottling up fresh air in case we run out in future🙃
This I'm also willing to do, to help with new user retention.
That’s another great point. If I’m able to sell them, that would be phenomenal. For now, I’m more than happy to use my ACTs to onboard new users. (So far, I haven’t onboarded anyone yet, but I’m confident I’ll be able to in the near future).
