Yes, I agree with you. Sometimes people just knowingly hate cheap stuff because of their level of affordability. To them, buying thrift shoes or clothes is not something they would do and that's because they feel they're better than that. Well I think people have the right to flex their financial muscles, I think it's good, it's just that in our world nowadays, they make it seem like cheap things has no value.

As for boutiques or malls in Nigeria some of these guys are criminal and just want to make excessive money for doing nothing.

Thrift clothes and shoes are no longer as cheap as they use to be. They are now expensive and some of this boutique gets some of their clothes from there wash, press and package it. So some people that hate cheap stuff might just be wearing packaged thrift 😂

Exactly, packaged thrift. Funny enough, these guys in the boutique understands hype and packaging, so the sell it to people with lots of money.
