RE: Playing the Long Game

Sometimes not everyone knows or care about a long time customer, i think it depends on the individual mindset.

There's this woman i always purchase food stuffs from her store, there was a day i wanted to buy tomatoes from her, on packing the tomatoes for me, i figured there was a bad one in it, i requested for it to be changed. She refused, saying she won't change it for me.

I was pissed because I've been buying things from her form her, consistently for 3 years. That day was the end of doing business with her.

Well, I know these type of people. We cannot always have good customers, but we can actually make sure 80 to 9% of them are trustworthy. The ones that will mess up will mess up, and that's the same for every other thing as well, I guess
