Thin Sliced Club Fillet Mignon, with a side of Homemade Fries

1.3 pounds Thin Sliced Fillet Mignon
Marinate with this sauce, overnight or for at least 3 hours:
3 tbs red cooking wine, 2 tbs balsamic vinegar,3 tbs soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 5 garlic cloves(minced in the food processor), 4 tbs olive oil.
Grill on the stove grill or on the barbecue grill, for about 5 minutes each side.

French Fries: peel Idaho potatoes in wedges, rinse them, pat them dry.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a medium frying pan, fry them until golden.
Sprinkle salt when ready.
