That is a busy place! Too bad the third tier clothing is now expensive. How are the poorer people supposed to survive? Best be careful with your kids in a place like that, very crowded.

The first grades clothes are basically unaffordable, unless you actually have a decent chunk of money or some disposable income. The people who deal in the second and third tier already see that the demand for their product is high, hence, they hike the product price
If they can rip you off, they will... Welcome to world...
Sometimes it feels like some of these guys who rips people off are the biggest scammers in the world. Image hiking the price of things that's supposed to be cheap. It means the less privilege might just go naked without clothes.
