RE: Goodbye friends

Yes, let's say that my idea was not to sell votes, I know that ethically it is not right and I have always co-battled this thing, there was no bad faith in doing this project of course, my only goal was to sell tokens and give in exchange first of all the votes which should not have been dosed as I did but had to be given in a meritocratic way to users, while as I did it seems that those who have more money earn more, but then I would have gone to give everyone back with the powerdown the HIVE, however I will redo the HDT project by changing their name and dedicating more attention to details, I will certainly eliminate the fixed votes, a question instead, can I do something similar to the table I did for the votes for dividends?

Sort:

We want you project and your dividend token and you can also payout what you want with powerdowns.
Just dont promise users votes for hodling your token.

Dont throw away your project/name, its not done or gone :D Just change the voting part

The fact 'Hive' was used in the project name makes me cringe.

That's hijacking brand recognition/reputation. Part of the reason why many inexperienced members didn't question the project and accepted it a face value could be because they thought it was coming from "Head Office", even though there is no "Head Office."

Never wise to hijack a name. Much better to build your own brand and reputation. Quite beneficial too, in the long run.

Well, ye properly.

I didn't really think of it as a problem, might because I know there isn't a "Head Office" right :D

Kinda the same SBI did when they changed into HSBI = Hive Stake Based Income.
But they did already have some sort of brand though.

You are properly right :D

There are several people, common members, regretting their account name, because of the steem references.

Something worth noting as well is of course, if a product, project, organization and so on has Hive in their name, then screws up or rips people off, everyone looks bad.

Look at all those tweets...

True, you are correct about both of those statements :D

Whst tweets? I dont really use twitter xD

By Tweets I meant how things get shared on social media; where outsiders could be mislead by a spoiled project piggybacking off Hive's brand recognition.

is pgm-curator your project too, its comments are quite spammy. Is it built on the same model?

No @ pgm-curator is like that because we offer a lot of AHA services, as sending so many tokens the message is cumbersome let's say, from what I understand on HIVE there is no other token that sends so many tokens with the command! PGM , but @ pgm-curator has a totally different format, those who delegate only receive HIVE back and then we add the pools like PGM and THG which are tokens to thank the community that supports the project, while the votes are sent by a user who takes care the posts manually in fact very often we skip a few posts, they pay $ 0.10 in PGM which are then burned, but PGM can be accumulated in 10 thousand ways
