Great. I hit the gym five times a week as well.

I would add that I should start doing yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and in the distant future I would like to skate on Sundays.

Nice. I think I remember you posting something about skating at some point. I’m fine with only strength training and cardio for now. I need to clean my diet though.

For how long you’ve been going to the gutgym.

I started training on December 7th last year, I have gained approximately 6 kilos, but I think I need to improve my eating habits.

That’s great. I am on a bulk phase currently myself as well.
