You will always smile again. At certain times in our lives, pain and suffering invade our lives. The breakup of a relationship, the departure of a loved one, material losses, or even losing the meaning of life are very dark moments in which we think that we will never smile again.
I am not going to say that time heals everything, because there are wounds that, although they will heal, will leave some scars that are part of our essence and what we have lived.
Returning to the cliché that time heals everything, in most cases it is true that time will heal everything, and if time is not able to heal some of your wounds, it will be your ally to find happiness again.
Siempre volverás a sonreír, en algunos momentos de nuestras vidas el dolor y el sufrimiento invaden nuestras vidas, el rompimiento de una relación, la partida de un ser amado, las pérdidas materiales o hasta perderle el sentido a la vida, son momentos muy oscuros en cuál pensamos que no volveremos a sonreír.
No voy a decir que el tiempo lo cura todo, porque hay heridas que si bien sanarán dejarán algunas cicatrices que son parte de nuestra esencia y lo que hemos vivido.
Volviendo al cliché del que el tiempo lo cura todo, en la mayoría de los casos es cierto el tiempo sanará todo y si el tiempo no es capaz de curar algunas de tus heridas será tu aliado para hallar nuevamente la felicidad.

How many days a week do you workout?
Between 4 to 5 times a week.
Great. I hit the gym five times a week as well.
I would add that I should start doing yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and in the distant future I would like to skate on Sundays.
Nice. I think I remember you posting something about skating at some point. I’m fine with only strength training and cardio for now. I need to clean my diet though.
For how long you’ve been going to the gutgym.
I started training on December 7th last year, I have gained approximately 6 kilos, but I think I need to improve my eating habits.
That’s great. I am on a bulk phase currently myself as well.
