Actually, I like seafood the best and it's very lucky that I have no seafood allergy. When I was pregnant in Beijing, I had a lot of seafood in a Shandong restaurant and also a Dalian restaurant. I kept going to have meals there nearly everyday, as I can not afford the energy to cook for myself. My daughter grew up very healthy, seldom got sick, I guess the seafood may have some good effects.
