Intense workouts two times a day sounds like a great goal! My biggest recommendation is eat eat eat so all that hard work can be realized with growth. The more meat the better. Also try raw eggs, I eat about 4-12 daily depending on what I’m doing for extra protein. Just gulp them down with a drink of water and it’s easy.
