Hey gang! Its now the 2nd week of our 3 week / 21 day challenge to form a new (healthy) habit.
After yesterday, my legs needed an easier day and so today was a mixture of run walk and the slowest time so far.
The New Balance 1080s are said to be the best shoe NB have ever made. Perhaps for recreation and very ploddy daily miles, yes, otherwise a very good lifestyle walking shoe. Running, maybe not!
The singlet is a special edition from a Mo Farah backed brand, "Nedao" which is ultra breathable and very cool looking too. Highly recommended.

I saw a review of these shoes and like the 880 they are very good for my weight.
Despite being your slowest time so far it is still far superior.
Absolutely, if you are planning to run super slow, these are very good because the foam is very soft and helps protect heavier runners. I understand being a bigger guy myself too (i'm like 85kg+)

I would like to do this challenge, I will do it later because currently my knees are sick, I am doing therapy, I have tendinistis, fluid outside and my pinkies are bad. 🥲😭
I am doing therapies.
I like the clothes, the shoes don't suit me.
I will come up with regular challenges that I am taking on myself, and try encourage the community to do them with me. It feels much less lonely when I see everybody challenging themselves each day.
Excellent one more day, a day hands to the goal raised, very nice shoes, too bad they didn't help you much, may the next ones be more comfortable.🤗💪
I still liked the shoes, I just think i'm quite spoiled because I have all of the very top tier shoes, so these by comparison feel quite slow. I'd quite happily use them casually though.
