I actually think these shoes are probably the best for most recreational runners, but I wear them more for walking than running.
I am extremely fatigued and everything screams stop. We're Hivers though, we ride and die together right?

If you guys weren't following, i'd probably have given up on the challenge by now. That's how we achieve things as a team.

Totally together we finished this challenge, yesterday I put my legs in ice water (ice therapy) to feel the legs more rested and I think it worked because today I did well.
I usually use the Sauna everyday, going from Sauna to cold shower multiple times. I haven't had much success with ice plunge but have tried it. I'm thinking about doing 'floating sensory deprivation therapy' i also need some sports massage but I feel like its kind of pointless until i complete the challenge.
Well, sports massage is good, because it helps to reduce the muscle load that you carry in these 9 days, I did it when I was training for the marathon, I needed it after a 30 kilometers training.
And as for the ice immersion, it was not a total body immersion, I only had the courage to put my legs in...

I believe you, you must be very exhausted 😝 me joining you in this challenge is a challenge for me 🤣 I have never run so much 😋😋😋.
