Middle of the night (4am) visit to the Emergency at Hospital.
Couldn't walk, felt like maybe bone fracture. Needed X-Ray to check.
In the end its a Peroneal tendinopathy which will take about a week to resolve on its own.
Obviously no running 😢

Any tip for prevention on that kind of injury?
I hope it is as short as the doctor suggests. There was no bone fracture only tendon.
The best way to avoid this is to keep up the strength and conditioning. Using resistance bands to work on all the stabilising muscles of your foot and ankle.
Obviously, some injuries come as a result of freak accidents, I think this one is probably one of those.

Thanks enmy, I think thus one won't be too bad, the doctor doesn't think itll be painful longer than a few days and hopefully I can be running lightly in a week..

Do you know what caused it? There are many reasons on the list. But you are not old, not overweight. Trainingserror?
I would say it is just over exertion. I raced a 5k too hot after being low intensity for such a long time.
