@giorgakis intermittent fasting didn't work for me and it was hell. I think for anyone wanting to lose the weight, it's going to require different formulas. For me, going to the gym was the answer. It helped me re-think the way I see food and many things. Not to mention, I get tired easily so there was no time to be bored. I still have a few more weeks to go, so wish me luck!
Iam sure for you! You will achieve the best results in your 90 days challenge! Fasting isnt for everyone of course!
