Don't forget to try the Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls. I add butter to the "frosting" they give you, and it makes the frosting taste much better.
When I would make bread by milling my own wheat, I would make enough dough for 5-6 loaves at a time. Some would be made into rolls, some into bread, and sometimes I'd put into loaf shape or small roll shapes and freeze so I could use the "Rhodes" method later.
I say "sometimes" because if I made bread, the whole neighborhood seemed to be at my door and those 5-6 loaves would be gone in an instant. And with four children at home (at the time), they wouldn't last long, either.
This was my first experience with Rhodes. I like it so far. Thanks for the tip on adding butter to their cinnamon roll frosting. Will definitely give that a try.
