Raw milk changed my life, so I will never stop advocating for it.
Raw milk from a clean animal in a natural free-range environment, not a factory-farm, is how nature intended it.
Pasteurization of milk was used to cover up filthy dairy practices. Instead of cleaning up the actual problem, it was cheaper to mask it!
Raw milk supports healthy animals and farmers who care about the welfare of their animals. Unhealthy animals in unnatural confinements means the milk has to be pasteurized or it is 100% unsafe.
Raw milk is one of the most nutrient dense foods you can consume. Pasteurization destroys the nature-intended nutrients and makes them less bioavailable. Are you really lactose-intolerant or do you just drink pasteurized milk?
What are you choosing?
As for an update on my goats they will now ride out the winter but I'm shooting to let the buck around them in about a month or two. This should bring new baby goats in May!

I love goat cheese, have you done?
Not yet, I think next on the list is going to be goat soap
We get raw milk from a local dairy farm.
Here in New Zealand we don’t have factory farms, just cows in a paddock.
They tried to introduce factory farming but farmers stopped it as well as the public.
I love this! Factory farming has destroyed so much good here in the states
Ever read the book Sacred Cow? I well recommend it.
Basically they’re saying that by raising more cattle but using grass feeding you get less issues and can actually regenerate deserts into arable land.
Grass fed is 100% the best way to go. That’s why New Zealand Beef and Lamb is world renowned as being some of the best meat available on the market.
Yay! 🤗
