No wonder why Japan foods always have been the healthiest. I would love to experience a traditional Japanese breakfast. Such clean, simple and high quality ingredients. I love rice and soups and veggies for breakfast. Keeps my blood sugar stable during the day, and I don't overeat later in the day if I have a breakfast like this one.❀️
