Hello my friend! I also took a few days off in December and felt a bit heavy when I resumed my training in January. Unfortunately I got sick on Thursday and couldn't train those last days of the week.

On the other hand, grounding is very very good. Being connected with nature to that level is amazing. I do grounding whenever I go up the mountain every Sunday. I'm glad you do this activity 😊🙌🏻

I hope you keep feeling super energetic so you get not 90 but 100% in your routines. Best regards 😊
