###...and better days.
Today is one of those days that fulfill the latter.
A rather cool day in these Mediterranean latitudes, this morning it was 2 degrees Celsius.
Even so, at midday, we enjoyed a wonderful 11 degrees Celsius and a fantastic radiant sun on top of a super-clean blue sky.
I started the training by running a good 6km in progression, starting slowly and finishing stronger, in less than 30 minutes.
Then, I took off my shoes on the artificial grass of the athletics track to be able to do "grounding" as best as possible... Walking barefoot every day is very good practice for our feet.
Meanwhile, using dumbbells, I did my upper limb strengthening exercises and finished with general stretching exercises.
The best thing of all is that, by running, I have recovered the good sensations lost during the Christmas break...
I think I will soon be at 90%.
Keep on running!

Hello my friend! I also took a few days off in December and felt a bit heavy when I resumed my training in January. Unfortunately I got sick on Thursday and couldn't train those last days of the week.
On the other hand, grounding is very very good. Being connected with nature to that level is amazing. I do grounding whenever I go up the mountain every Sunday. I'm glad you do this activity 😊🙌🏻
I hope you keep feeling super energetic so you get not 90 but 100% in your routines. Best regards 😊
Working on that! thanks!
Very good Eddie. What a day! Here is Nice Sunshine Too. ✌🏻
What's the temperature there?
Colder. 2 degrees C approx
-3 degrees here, no way in hell I'm going to run 🤣 but you did a lot of exercises
