Hi @iskawrites, intermittent fasting works for me on weekends, I do it at least twice a month when I'm at home. But during weekdays when I'm at work, I kinda feel the need to eat 3 times a day. Work is demanding and without healthy food, I feel sluggish all day.

Don't mind the weight loss at first, focus on eating healthy and the numbers will follow later on. :)
