Hi Everyone,
Merry Christmas from Japan. This year, we are having a white Christmas with the kids. We haven't gone skiing yet, but we will be going up the slopes in a few weeks. We checked out of our onsen hotel and are now staying at our Airbnb for a few days. Christmas in Japan is like any normal day. All the shops and supermarkets are still open for business, and school is still on as usual.
We went to see some floats inside a mountain, it was quite an experience. We finished off with a very nice Christmas lunch and then went to our new accommodation. Our kids are enjoying the trip so far, not too many tears from BB M who sometimes does get emotional. Overall it was a happy day, let's look forward to another day of activities tomorrow!
