Petals of flowers

One of the most recognizable and beloved components of a flower are its petals. Flowers' particular appearance and allure are attributed to these vibrant, fragile structures. Additionally, flower petals are essential to a flowering plant's ability to reproduce. Different species and cultivars can produce flowers with a wide range of bloom sizes and petal counts. Flowers are an essential component of our ecosystem and have long been prized for their beauty by a variety of civilizations. They contribute significantly to the pollination and reproduction of many plant species that promote biodiversity in addition to being aesthetically pleasing.

Alas diyes, a day plant, and a moss rose

A well-known flowering plant from the Portulacaceae family is the moss rose, or Portulaca Grandiflora. Pink, red, yellow, orange, white, and purple are just a few of the vivid and bright flower colors that this plant produces. The plant is a useful addition to any garden because it has also historically been used medicinally.

This alas diyes arrangement is my own flowers that I set on our balcony every morning when I wake up to see their blossoms and close at 2pm midday hour.

Canna Lily

Canna lilies, commonly known as canna or canna indica, are South American blooming plants. These plants are members of the Cannaceae family, and the word "canna" comes from the Greek word for a cane or reed. Canna lilies are widely used in horticulture, agriculture, medicinal, and wastewater treatment. Because of their high effectiveness in eliminating organic contaminants, nitrogen, phosphorus, and heavy metals from water systems, canna lilies have garnered interest in wastewater treatment.

This canna lily was photographed on Mindoro while I was visiting my lovely parents place.
