*potatoes *cheese *margarine *wheat flour *egg *oregano *pepper *breadcrumbs
*papas *queso *margarina*harina de trigo*huevo *orégano *pimienta *pan rallado
Step1//Paso1
The first thing I do is wash the potatoes, chop them and put them to cook, once they are cooked I crush them and add butter
lo primero que hago es lavar las papas, picadas y ponerlas a cocinar , una vez este cocida las trituro le agrego mantequilla
Step2/Paso2
add pepper, oregano, egg and wheat flour, I have to have a loose dough, then I grate the cheese
agregar pimienta, orégano, huevo y harina de trigo , me tiene que quedar un masa flojita , luego rallo el queso

en la mano colocó un poco de masa luego adentro le echo el queso le doy la forma de una esfera ,y la paso por pan rallado por otro lado pongo a calentar aceite allí colocó las bolitas

una vez estén cocidas así quedan estas deliciosas bolitas de papas rellenas con queso
