On a sea of letters,
my little boat will sail,
a little paper boat
full of absent-minded dreams,
with lines and colors,
like an improvised rainbow.
Together we will know
that literate ocean
where the wind is words
and the tide, vocabulary.
Signs, numbers and phrases
will be our reliquary.
In haste I want to set sail
on that enchanted sea,
and to the moon recite
the verses that the sea has kept.
Let me, restless sea,
listen to your sealed song.
