Greetings friends #Hive joining this initiative "My Three Favorite Foods", from the friend @yulimarag; Eating is one of life's pleasures, but of course there are always some special dishes.
Definitely "La Hallaca", although it is a Christmas dish, I can eat it all year round. I am one of those who likes to do the big ones. When I go to eat I serve myself my two Hallas. I make the preparations for this dish two months before, since its preparation month is December. The detail of this dish is its wrapping in banana leaves with pavilo thread, the tie must be exact so that no water enters the dough.
Mi segundo plato "Pasticho de Carne", me fascina este plato que es realizado por capas rellano de carne, queso, jamón y encima queso para gratinar.
My second dish "Pasticho de Carne", I am fascinated by this dish that is made by layers of meat, cheese, ham and cheese on top for gratin.
Y les comento mi ultima opción como comida favorita "La Carne Guisada con papas", acompañadas con arroz, una exquisitez para almorzar. Un plato tradicional en los hogares venezolanos.
And I comment on my last option as a favorite food "La Carne Guisada con papas", accompanied with rice, a delicacy for lunch. A traditional dish in Venezuelan homes.
