Thanks I really appreciate your post base on nutrition.

many people don't know that it's better to eat vegetable and fruits than too much of carbohydrates food.

Some will say fruit and vegetable is not food to them, because they love eating food like semo, pounded yam,rice and full full . All those hard food.

And they neglect most of the food that will make their body fresh and Norwich their health, to the extent that some don't even eat beans and you know beans is protenus food.

And they have forgot that is why we have six classes of food, but most of them love to choose only carbohydrate alone and then you no carbohydrates contain some sugar, which can affect our health when we eat too much of carbohydrate.

so that is why we see nowadays most of people are suffering from diabetes, low blood.
