Ah! how well do I remember having to leave the house at 5am every morning to be on time for my shift.
So, maybe 30 or 40 years ago I decided to never work for a monthly salary again. Until this day, I am my own boss and I come and go as I please.
Yeah, I thought that your wife would do something similar and it is a real bonus that she can do it faster. Gives you less things to moan about 🤣 !LOLZ
So maybe you should sue your work bosses Hannes. They are unfairly damaging your human rights by interfering with your sleeping times at work 🤣

Thanks mate, I don't think that I often see such kind of clouds which seem to climb over the mountains.
This morning I was almost too late for sunrise ... minutes before this shot the sky was awesome full of pink clouds, but when I arrived the colour was almost gone and shortly later the sun was up.

I so dislike it when that happens my friend. You see a wonderful sight and you rush to get there, but then when you arrive, it is gone, and you have to make do with what is left.

Thanks, my friend, I have taken the image from the bridge over the reservoir and if I had parked the car on the side I came from, I would have got better images, but I thought I had enough time and so I drove to the parking lot on the other side where I always park 😅

Happens to me also all of the time. I rush to get to the scene and then I get held u in traffic and red traffic lights. By the time that I get to a spot it is way too late 😉

I'd love to get fired, to be honest, but you know what company I am working for - they can't fire me unless I kill someone or do something even worse, and I can't get more money just by asking: I would have to apply for another job in another office, and that's something I don't want ... because there might be even more work 😅
If I'm too late on a spot, the photo wasn't meant to be taken ... I am sad, but I don't mind that Mother Nature didn't want to share something 😉

yep, I think that was a very wise decision, as you wouldn't feel very nice having to sleep on the floor, when the boss wants to accompany you 😜 !LOLZ
So, you will just have to write the sleeping payments off that they owe you and try to fly under the radar for another 4 years. You have to plead very sick if they suddenly want to promote you to another office 😉
Remember that I call those sights as for my eyes only and the same with you. There are times that Mother nature shows you something as an advance gift and then you arrive at the spot in time.
I had that warning today, as I heard the African Fish Eagle's call and I almost fell off this chair to get outside for a snap. I will post it soon 😊
